The new Reset Questionnaire option is now available to all Super Scheme Admins (SSAs).
This feature allows SSA users to reset any completed questionnaire directly from the ReferAll platform. When a questionnaire is reset, all saved responses are removed, allowing the programme participant or the account holder to start the questionnaire again from the beginning.
How to Reset Completed Questionnaires
Locate the referral record
The best way to find the referral record you need is to use the Search feature 
This will take you to the Find Referrals page where you can enter your search criteria, then hit Search and Select the correct record.
Navigate to the “Questionnaires” tab
Here you will see all questionnaires completed for that referral, including those eligible for resetting.
Please note:
🔸 This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
When selecting Reset Questionnaire, you will be prompted to confirm your selection, to avoid any accidental loss of data.
