Each questionnaire link is unique to a specific referral must be sent individually from the relevant referral record, using the ‘Send via Email’ or 'Send via SMS' option in the Questionnaires tab.
Questionnaire links cannot be emailed in bulk to multiple referrals. Each link contains a unique identifier that ensures responses are securely saved to the correct questionnaire and referral record.
You can, however, set up automated tasks to remind you or your team to send a questionnaire link. These tasks act as reminders only - they do not send the email for you. Click on the article: Complete, Edit, View, Email or Text SMS a Questionnaire
