Why is biometrics not showing on a "Referred On" record or a Cross referral?

Read on to learn how to display a referral's biometrics in a referred on record

Onwards referrals by default will only show biometrics made against that referral record.

To display the biometrics for all records made against that patient, select the button shown below from the client record > Biometrics tab > Show all biometric data to this client.
