How do I request a Scheme Administrator (user) account for a new staff member?

The process for requesting a new user account for your ReferAll platform is now even easier!

APPLIES to: Scheme Admins without a ReferAll account (completely new)

Please ask the new team member to go to:

Create a new account.
You can also forward this help article link to the new staff member.
  • Once the staff member has created their new account, please confirm their name & email address by submitting a support ticket with their details, what type of account you'd like them to have Not sure? Checkout this article remember to cc' the new user in to your support ticket.
  • Our support team will enable their access for your ReferAll platform and reply to the email which includes "Get to know ReferAll' links to our knowledge base and using our helpful onboarding tutorials and AI bot.
 
Please note; as of 1st April 2025 we are delighted to offer all ReferAll customers unlimited *user accounts as part of the overall price. Speak to our sales team or account manager for further details.
